Établissement public territorial Boucle Nord de Seine is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of an Établissement public territorial (EPT) in the departments of Hauts-de-Seine and Val-d'Oise of the Île-de-France region . The community association was founded on January 1, 2016 and comprises seven communities. The administrative headquarters are in Gennevilliers . A special feature is the cross-departmental structure of the member communities.

Historical development

The association of municipalities came into being with effect from January 1, 2016 as part of the creation of this legal form of association of municipalities and its main purpose is to partially decentralize local government in the huge Métropole du Grand Paris . The member municipalities therefore belong to both municipal associations.
