Arthur Norris (* 19th century ; † 20th century ) was a British tennis player around the turn of the 19th century . to the 20th century.

Norris won two bronze medals at the 1900 Summer Olympics in Paris. After beating Archibald Warden in the quarterfinals of the individual competition, he lost in the semifinals against the later silver medalist Harold Mahony in two sets with 6: 8, 1: 6. With Mahony he was defeated in the men's doubles by the successful pair of brothers and the later winners of this competition, Laurence and Reginald Doherty , in three sets 4: 6, 1: 6, 4: 6. Norris took part in the tennis tournament at Wimbledon seven times . His best performance there, reaching the last 16 in 1903 . In doubles he was in the quarterfinals in 1898, 1901 and 1903. In 1904 he was able to reach the final of the British Covered Courts Championships , his best tournament result.
