Artjom Sergejewitsch Gordejew ( Russian Артём Сергеевич Гордеев ; born September 15, 1988 in Ufa , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with Toros Neftekamsk in the Vysschaja Hockey League since November 2012 .

Career

Artyom Gordejew began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of Salawat Julajew Ufa , for whose second team he was active in the third-rate Pervaya League in the 2004/05 season . Then the center played for one season each for the second team of HK CSKA Moscow and after his return to Ufa for the second team of Salawat Yulayev in the third division. For the 2007/08 season he made his debut for the Ufas professional team in the super league and was instant Russian champion with his home club . The Russian junior international, who had a regular place in his rookie year , contributed to this success with four goals and five assists in 51 games.

During the 2008/09 season Gordejew played for Salawat Yulayev Ufa in both the newly founded Continental Hockey League , and at European level in the Champions Hockey League . In the following season , the left shooter was only used sporadically for Ufa in the KHL and spent most of the season with its junior team in the multinational youth league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja Liga . From the 2010/11 season, the Russian plays for Toros Neftekamsk in the reformed Russian second division, the Vysschaya Hockey League , before moving to HK Spartak Moscow in 2012 . For Spartak he completed six KHL games before being obliged again by Toros Neftekamsk in late October of the same year.

International

For Russia Gordejew took part in the U20 Junior World Cup in 2008 , where he won the bronze medal with his team. He contributed to this success with two goals and assists in seven games.
