Artur Daniel Liskowacki
Artur Daniel Liskowacki (born January 4, 1956 in Stettin ) is a Polish prose writer , essayist , theater critic and children's book author .
Life
Liskowacki attended high school in Stettin from 1970 and made his debut as a poet while still at school in 1974 with the poems Spotkanie and U fotografa , which were published in the magazine Na Przełaj . After graduating from high school in 1974, he studied Polish studies with a focus on theater studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan . In 1978 he returned to Szczecin and worked as an editor for local newspapers. In the 1990s he worked with the Szczecin Pleciuga Puppet Theater and the Modern Theater. From 2002 to 2006 he directed the program Instytut Kulturalnych Sporów with Grzegorz Fedorowski at TVP Szczecin . In 2010 he became editor-in-chief of the daily Kurier Szczeciński .
He lives in Szczecin.
