Arvydas Darulis

Arvydas Darulis (* 1965 in the Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian manager , municipal official and former Conservative politician , Vice Minister of Energy.

Life

From 1986 to 1991 he completed his diploma studies at the Faculty of Industrial Economics and Management of the Vilniaus universitetas and then Baltic economic management at the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance . From 1991 to 1994 he worked in the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy . From 1994 to 1996 Darulis was an auditor at KPMG . From 1996 to 2007 he was director of the business agency (VšĮ "Lietuvos smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo plėtros agentūra"). From 2007 to 2009 he was Department Director at AB bankas " Snoras ".

From 2009 to 2010 Darulis headed a subdivision in the Lithuanian Ministry of Energy . From 2010 to 2012 he was Vice Minister , Deputy Minister of Energy Sekmokas . At that time he was also CEO of the state energy company LITGRID . He was an assistant to the Seimas member Dainius Kreivys and worked as a civil servant in the Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo kanceliarija . Since the end of April 2016, Darulis has been the deputy director of the Vilnius Municipality Administration .

He was a member of the conservative party Tėvynės sąjunga-Lietuvos krikščionys demokratai .

Darulis is married and has two children.
