The Ascari A10 is a super sports car from the British small series manufacturer Ascari Cars .
The car is limited to ten pieces. The A10 is powered by a 4941 cm³ V8 engine from the BMW M5 (E39) . This engine has been performance-optimized and now delivers a maximum of 466 kW (634 hp) instead of 294 kW (400 hp). Due to the body and monocoque chassis in CFRP construction, the Ascari A10 weighs 1280 kg. According to Ascaris, the A10 should compete with the Ferrari FXX , but in contrast to this, the Ascari is approved for road traffic.
