The Ascherhütte is located south of Albersdorf and northeast of Ruttersdorf on state roads 1075 and 2315 right after the junction to county road 207 above the Zeitzgrund .

The Ascherhütte was first mentioned in a document in 1775. It is currently used commercially. There is a bus stop in front of the site.
