Asia Cup 1997

The 1997 Asia Cup in badminton took place in Jakarta at the end of February 1997 . The winner was the team from Indonesia. The prize money was $ 150,000. Participating nations were Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan and India, which determined the semi-finalists in two preliminary round groups.
