Fung Permadi
Fung Permadi ( Chinese 陳鋒 , Pinyin Chén Fēng ; born December 30, 1967 in Purwokerto ) is a former badminton player from Indonesia who started for Taiwan in the mid-1990s .
Career
Permadi started his badminton career in Indonesia, but had to deal with world class players like Ardy Wiranata , Alan Budikusuma , Joko Suprianto , Heryanto Arbi and Hermawan Susanto . When he moved to Taiwan at the end of the 1990s, well after his 30th birthday, he probably played his best badminton. At the Badminton World Cup in 1999, he even made it to the finals and won silver.
