Asier Arranz Martín (born March 28, 1987 in Cuéllar) is a Spanish football player who plays for CD Numancia in the Spanish Segunda División .

Player career

Born in Castile, Asier Arranz started his career in the Segunda División at Real Valladolid , for which he had previously played in the B team. In its premiere season, he was regularly used in 17 games and achieved with his team the rise to the top of the table. Due to the strong competition in midfield, he was loaned to the traditional Basque club and second division club Deportivo Alavés for the 2007/2008 season. With only a few missions, however, he could not assert himself there.
