The Aspasia Point is a steep rock cape that as a western extension of the ridge Fanning Ridge the entrance to Jossac Bight on the south coast of South Georgia is limited to the east. The cape is located about 16 km east-southeast of Cape Núñez .

The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1955 in connection with the Fanning Ridge after the corvette Aspasia , with which the German-born merchant Edmund Fanning transported 57,000 seal skins from South Georgia between 1800 and 1801.
