Assistant for media technology
The assistant for media technology is a German apprenticeship . He should have the necessary knowledge to plan, select, provide, assemble, commission, maintain and operate devices and systems in entertainment electronics, security, photo, event and multimedia technology.
Requirements are at least secondary school leaving certificate or equivalent school education.
The training lasts two years (four semesters) with a six to eight week internship . It can also last three years, provided that the acquisition of the technical college entrance qualification is part of the course.
Student BAföG is available upon request .
The training ends with a state-recognized final examination.
