Asumiko Nakamura

Asumiko Nakamura ( Japanese中 村 明日 美 子Nakamura Asumiko ; born January 5, 19xx) is a Japanese manga artist .

She made her debut as a manga artist in the early 2000s. She has published numerous short stories in the alternative magazine Manga Erotics F .

Nakamura is known for her boys love manga. Her most important work is Dou Kyu Sei - In Love with My Classmates , which was published from 2006 to 2007 in individual chapters in Opera magazine and then in an anthology. The manga was implemented as an anime film in 2016, grossing over 200 million yen at the box office. Several spin-offs for the manga followed, including Sotsugyōsei and OB

Her works have been translated into English, French and Spanish. With the publication of Dou Kyu Sei - In love with my classmates at Manga Cult , a manga by the artist appeared in German for the first time from August 2019.
