Atalaia do Campo is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Fundão . The community had 535 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Atalaia do Campo and Póvoa de Atalaia were merged to form the new municipality União das Freguesias de Póvoa de Atalaia e Atalaia do Campo .
