Atsuhiro Iwai ( Japanese 岩 井 厚 裕 , Iwai Atsuhiro ; born January 31, 1967 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .

Career

Iwai learned to play soccer on the school team at Teikyo High School and the college team at Tokai University . He signed his first contract with All Nippon Airways in 1989 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, All Nippon Airways became Yokohama Wing . In 1993 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . For the club he completed 170 first division games. In 1996 he moved to league rivals Avispa Fukuoka . For the club, he completed 60 top division games. At the end of 1998 he ended his career as a football player.
