Augier is a place in the quarter (district) Vieux Fort in the south of the island state of St. Lucia in the Caribbean .
geography
The place is on the western border of the quarter, relatively far in the interior of the island in the headwaters of the Grande Rivière de l'Anse Noire . In the vicinity are the settlements of Pomme , St Jude'S Highway , Derierre Bois and Catin , as well as Macdomel in the Quarter Laborie . An important connecting road is the so-called St Jude'S Highway .
In the village are the churches Living Logos Tabernacle , Church of St. Francis Xavier and Augier Evangelical Church .
