August Hanemann

August Hanemann (* 1840 in Holzminden ; † 1926 in Höxter ) was a German architect of historicism who had an impact primarily through neo-Gothic church buildings in the Münsterland .

Life

Hanemann lived and worked in Münster . There he was also a city councilor and city ​​councilor until he moved to Corvey in 1891 . His brochure on Corvey Castle on the Weser had ten editions by 1947.
