August Lieber (painter)
August Lieber (born November 29, 1828 in Weimar ; † November 23, 1850 there ) was a German painter.
Life
Carl Wilhelm Lieber (1791–1861) was the son of the landscape painter, restorer and professor at the Grand Ducal Saxon Art School Weimar . He was a student of Friedrich Preller the Elder at the Princely Free Drawing School in Weimar and worked as a watercolorist, eraser and wood cutter.
