August Schram (singer)
August Johannes Schram (* 22. December 1979 in Lucerne ) is a Swiss Oratorio - and opera - Tenor .
Life
Schram grew up in Küssnacht am Rigi and in Zurich , where he became a member and later a soloist of the Zurich Boys' Choir . From 2002 he studies at the Rostock University of Music and Theater . His first engagement took him in 2007 for the world premiere of Lothar Hensel's Pamina lives at the Central Saxon Theater in Freiberg / Saxony . This was followed by a permanent engagement at the Stadttheater Gießen . In addition to oratorio concerts in German-speaking countries, engagements at the Tyrolean Festival Erl , the Neuköllner Oper Berlin and the Hamburg Alleetheater followed. His artistic focus is on opera, oratorio, film and theater.
