August Stricker
August Stricker (born October 31, 1857 in Frankfurt am Main , † 1925 in Wiesbaden ) was a German medic.
Life
August Stricker studied medicine at the universities of Marburg, Freiburg and Göttingen from 1876. In Marburg he became a member of the Corps Teutonia in 1877 . In Freiburg he joined the Corps Rhenania in 1878 . He completed his studies in Göttingen in 1881 with a doctorate as Dr. med. from. He then worked as an assistant at the medical polyclinic until 1882 and at the surgical clinic in Göttingen until 1886. In 1887 he settled in Bieberich as a doctor. From 1897 he practiced in Wiesbaden.
Awards
August Stricker was appointed to the secret medical council.
