Expansion manager
The expansion manager is a variant of the plastering profession . Plasterer is a job title for the interior design and facades make builders . The profession is sometimes called plasterer in southern Germany and Switzerland, in northern German it is called plasterer or plasterer.
In contrast to the standard plasterer training, the entrance requirement for the fit-out manager is the Abitur or the general technical college entrance qualification . The training model offers qualifications as a plasterer journeyman, plasterer master or building energy consultant within 3.5 years.
During the training, management topics are also dealt with, which should prepare for managerial tasks in the craft.
The training model is offered by the Federal Association for Construction and Facades and carried out in the Leonberg Vocational School Center and the Competence Center for Construction and Facades in Rutesheim. Payment is made in accordance with the collective agreement for the construction industry.
Training companies that belong to SOKA-BAU receive regular funding from the SOKA-BAU surcharge.
