The Oyster Point is a headland at the Davis Coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . The cape lies on half of the eastern coastline of Charcot Bay and marks the northern limit of the entrance to Lindblad Cove and the southern limit of the entrance to Slomer Cove .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named the headland after the British aircraft manufacturer Auster Aircraft , whose models were used on British research trips to the area.
