Career

Ardovino, who starts for the Park City Nordic Ski Club, started ski jumping at the age of eight and made her debut in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup on July 23, 2004 on her home hill in Park City . She reached the points straight away. On March 17, 2007 she succeeded at the Junior World Championships 2007 in Tarvisio with the ninth place the jump among the top ten. She succeeded in doing this several times in the Continental Cup, for the first time at the first competition after the Junior World Championships on the normal hill in Bischofsgrün . She finished the 2007/08 season in 14th place in the overall Continental Cup ranking. At the Junior World Championship in Zakopane in 2008 , she jumped to 20th place. A year later she was able to improve her performance at the Junior World Championship in Štrbské Pleso and reached 12th place.

In August 2010, after a one-year break, she returned to the Continental Cup and immediately jumped into the points with 23rd place in Bischofsgrün. The 2010/11 season was less successful, however. So she only achieved a Continental Cup point in Rovaniemi and was 87th overall at the end of the season. For the following season Ardovino did not appear again.
