Ayman Odeh ( Arabic أيمن عودة, DMG Ayman ʿAwda ; Hebrew איימן עודה; * 1. January 1975 in Haifa ) is an Israeli politician of Hadash .

Life

From 1998 to 2005 Odeh was a member of the Haifa City Council . As the successor to Mohammad Barakeh , he is currently chairman of the Chadash party. In the general election in Israel in 2015 of the way into it succeeded Knesset . Since 2015 he has also been the party chairman or list leader of the United List of Balad , Chadasch, Ta'al and Ra'am (United Arab List) founded on the occasion of the elections . He is married to Nardine Aseli and has three children.
