The Ayr Rugby Football Club is a rugby union -Verein which in the Scottish Premiership plays. The home games are played in Millbrae .
The association was founded in 1897. He has been playing in Millbrae since 1964. In 2009 the club was able to win the Scottish Championship for the first time and this already three game days before the end of the season. They qualified for the British and Irish Cup , which will be played for the first time in the 2009/10 season.
