Bärbel Rädisch (* 1942 in Wuppertal ) is a German author.

Life

Rädisch is a trained chemist . She has worked in various medical professions. She lived in Berlin from 1962 , after her marriage in 1966 in Bremen and since about 2000 she has lived in Hohenmoor in Lower Saxony .

Awards

  • Prize winner 1995/96 in the context of the competition of the VHS Lower Saxony and the Lower Saxony Lotto Foundation with the short story Fräulein Bergendonk's horse .
  • 1999 winner of the 5th Concorso Internazionale di poesia, Benevento (Italy) with the poem Buon giono verde .
