Börili ( Kazakh Бөрілі ; Russian Бурли Burli ) is a village in the Qostanai region in Kazakhstan , in the Qarabalyq district ( Audany ) . It was founded in the 17th century. The village is located in northern Kazakhstan not far from the border with Russia .
