The Bübbenser Tief is a low in the municipality of Wangerland in the district of Friesland in the north of Lower Saxony .

The approximately four-kilometer-long watercourse in Jeverland , through which inland water flows into the North Sea , is created north of the church in Hohenkirchen . It flows first in a southerly and then in an easterly direction. At Hodens, the confluence of the Bübbenser Tief and Poggenburger Leide rivers create the Hohenstief , which then continues to flow in a north-easterly direction.

In earlier times the low served mainly for drainage and as a traffic route.
