The Büsum type is a smaller multi-purpose ship type from the Büsum shipyard in Büsum .

history

The series was built in the 1970s in over 20 units and several versions by the Büsum shipyard, which also designed the ships. The Büsum type was a successful type , which for several years formed the backbone of production at the shipyard and served as the basis for the larger semi-container ships. All ships in the series were ordered by Scandinavian shipping companies. The Büsum type ships had two hatches that were closed with hydraulic folding hatch covers. Two cranes were available as their own loading gear. Various main engines were used within the series, according to the client's wishes.
