BBK Electronics Corp Ltd., also known as BBK Electronics, is a Chinese manufacturer of consumer electronics products.

The company was founded in 1995 by Duan Yongping. BBK Electronics' product portfolio includes, in particular, televisions, MP3 players, Blu-ray and DVD players, digital cameras and mobile phones. With the brands Oppo , Vivo , OnePlus , Realme and imoo, BBK Electronics was one of the five largest manufacturers of smartphones in the world in 2016, with a total share of more than 10% in the world market. The market share increased further in 2017, so that BBK Electronics rose to the second largest manufacturer of smartphones worldwide in the 1st quarter of 2017 with 56.7 million smartphones delivered (after Samsung and before Apple ) and in 2017 as a whole to a world market share of 15% ( of which 8% Oppo and 7% Vivo) came. In the second quarter of 2017, BBK Electronics replaced the long-standing market leader Samsung on the Indian market and achieved a market share of 22 percent. In 2016, BBK Electronics was the market leader in the Chinese market with a market share of over 30 percent. In 2019, BBK Electronics introduced another brand for smartphones, Reno , which organisationally acts as a sub-brand to Oppo.

The company, which is mainly present in Asian markets, is based in Dongguan , China . BBK Electronics is not listed and has 17,000 employees.

BBK Electronics' Vivo brand was one of five official FIFA World Cup sponsors at the 2018 World Cup .
