The BKK Henschel Plus was a carrier of the statutory health insurance from the group of company health insurance . It was open to Bavaria, Hesse and Lower Saxony. The cash register had its origins in the Henschel & Sohn company .
On January 1, 2020, the BKK was integrated into the Continentale company health insurance fund with an additional contribution of 1.6 percent in 2019 .
