The type TF 06/29 tram cars were a series of six railcars that were procured in 1906 by the Teltower Kreisbahnen . They were initially used on the Stahnsdorf part of the company. In 1929 four cars were prepared for operation on the Spandau-West – Hennigsdorfer Kleinbahn .

The railcars were ordered with the takeover of the Groß-Lichterfelde-Seehof-Teltow-Stahnsdorf steam tram by the Teltower Kreisbahnen and its electrification from 1906. They received the numbers 1-6 in second occupancy after the previous vehicles had been retired a year earlier. The delivery took place a year later. The wagons had end entrances with closed entry platforms . The current was drawn off via the lyra bar, which is usual for circular orbits . The capacity was 68 seats, of which 24 were seats.

In 1921 the vehicles with the new numbers 4315–4320 came to the Berlin tram . In the course of the electrification of the Kleinbahn Spandau – Hennigsdorf in 1929, the railcars 4317–4320 were finally converted. Since the railway between Johannesstift and Nieder Neuendorf also used the tracks of the Bötzowbahn , the corresponding facilities had to be retrofitted for operation on small railways . The vehicles received standard Berlin platforms , but with lockable sliding doors . The width of the wheel tires was increased to 96 millimeters and an electric rattle signal bell and an electrically operated signal horn were installed. For power collection, scissor pantographs were installed instead of the roller pantographs common in Berlin . Furthermore, the cars had to carry a simplified final signal in the form of a red disc with a white border and a headlight with a red cover . The identical railcars 4315 and 4316, however, received no equipment for use on line 120 and therefore kept their pantographs.

The carriages 4318–4320 were no longer listed after 1945. The remaining three railcars remained with the BVG (West) after 1949 and were withdrawn from passenger traffic there in 1950. Cars 4315 and 4316 were then converted into work cars A291 and A292 II and retired in 1959 and 1958, respectively. Railcar 4317 was parked in the Spandau depot in 1953 and scrapped until 1967.
