Back To Skool is a computer game for the ZX Spectrum that was developed by David Reidy in 1985 and published by Microsphere . It is a school simulation and is similar to Little Computer People , an early forerunner of The Sims . Back To Skool is the successful sequel to the game Skool Daze . The game is ranked 19th most popular game of all time in Your Sinclair magazine .

Game description

The player takes on the role of the student Eric and has to take on various tasks in a school. The main goal is to secretly put back your own, previously stolen and improved report. In contrast to the previous game, there are additional tasks and a girls' school. However, you can only contact the girls during the breaks. For example, Eric can free a frog or a mouse to stir up trouble or make teachers drunk.

The graphics are very simple for today's standards and in typically bright spectrum colors. This was also adopted by Skool Daze on the Commodore 64 . The view is from the side 2D perspective and scrolls horizontally. There is also a modern variant called Klass of '99 for Windows and Linux (freeware).
