The Bahía de Nipe is a bay on the northern Atlantic coast in eastern Cuba , in the Holguín province .

The bay has a maximum extension of 25.9 km in length and 16.8 km in width. The total surface is around 120 km² and the water volume is 700 million cubic meters. It is considered one of the island's greatest natural treasures with a rich flora and fauna. There are forests and wetlands on the banks . The Mayarí and Nipe rivers flow into the bay. The largest city on the shore of the bay is Antilla . The municipality of the same name is bounded in the south by the north bank of the bay, the south bank forms the northern border of the municipality Mayarí . The nature reserve Cayo Saetía lies between the bay and the Atlantic Ocean .
