The Brohl station is located on the left bank route in the local church Brohl-Lützing .

Plant and traffic

The station has three platform tracks on a house platform and a central platform.

Track 1 is served by the hourly RB 26 , which runs under the name Mittelrheinbahn , coming to Mainz from Cologne . Track 2 is approached in the opposite direction by the RB 26 to Cologne Messe / Deutz . Track 3 is used for overhauls. The RE 5 , which has no stop in Brohl, often has to make way for long-distance trains and thus stop in Brohl. Coming from Cologne all three platform tracks can be used, coming from Mainz only platforms 2 and 3. The station has two overtaking tracks without a platform. In the direction of Koblenz there is a track south of the platform track 1. In the direction of Cologne there is a track next to the platform track 3. The station is not barrier-free as tracks 2 and 3 can only be reached by stairs and the platform of track 1 is less than 76 cm high. A dispatcher is still active in the station itself . Approx. The Brohltalbahn train station is 150 m southwest of the reception building . This line crosses the station on a bridge in the northern area, to the north there is a transfer station that used to have a trolley pit. A three-rail track leads from the transfer station to the Brohl Rhine port.

At the train station there is a connection to the 800 bus to Bad Breisig Gutenbergstraße and to the 800 bus to Bad Neuenahr Bahnhof.
