It is located in the northern part of Bahnhofstrasse on the corner of Chausseestrasse, north of the center of Bad Suderode and is listed as a residential building in the local monument register.

Architecture and history

The two-storey building was built around 1910 and is built in the style of a palace . The facade is spacious but simple. A large bay window is set in front of the house on the south side .
