Bakennefi II. ( Ancient Egyptian Bak-en-nefi II. ), Father of the Libyan Nesinaqedi , is the name of the ancient Egyptian prince of Leontopolis , whose reign probably between 732 and 727 BC. BC ( third intermediate period ) ended.

He is mentioned as the regent there in the list of princes of Pije and was probably involved in the resistance against Pije. With him were fighting among others Osorkon IV. , Who made Letopolis native priests Padihorsemataui which in Fischgau based Auput II. , Tefnakht and Petubastis II. (Padiaset), Prince of Athribis against Pije.
