Baldy Man is the name of a British comedy series that aired on ITV television from 1995 to 1997 . In Germany , the series ran for the first time from January to May 1996 on ProSieben and was repeated several times until August 2002. The main actor is the Scottish actor and comedian Gregor Fisher .

The Baldy Man is a weird and shrill figure. His clothes are extravagant, his hairstyle consists only of a narrow strip of hair combed from right to left ear , the rest is bald - a so-called comb-over . The Baldy Man lives in a cheesy furnished house : brown velor carpets, butterfly watches, tiger skins and all sorts of other knick-knacks .
Whatever the title character does, be it a visit to the hairdresser , the renovation of the house or a conference , it usually ends in chaos .
A special feature of the series is that the people communicate with each other, but only in a fantasy language that the viewer cannot understand.
One episode consisted of two episodes, each about 12 minutes long.
The concept of the series is reminiscent of Mr. Bean with the comical title character and the lack of dialogue .
