The Balkan Battlegroup or HELBROC Battlegroup is an EU battlegroup under the leadership of Greece with the participation of Bulgaria , the Republic of Cyprus and Romania . Between 2011 and 2014, Ukraine was also a member of the Balkan Battle Group.
