The Czech-Slovak Battlegroup is an EU battlegroup run by the Czech Republic , in which Slovakia is also a participant.

composition

The combat group consists of 2500 soldiers, of which 2100 are Czech and 400 Slovak soldiers . It was first activated in the second half of 2009.

The combat group is able to deploy a rapid reaction force at a distance of up to 6,000 km within ten days .
