Ballyquirk Castle ( Irish Caisleán Bhaile Uí Chuirc ) is a country house in Lorrha in Baronat Ormond Lower in Irish County Tipperary .

Today Ballyquirk Castle is a single storey building with three bays and a tower in the rear. The house is clapboard . It has window sills, thresholds and corner stones made of ashlar . There are extensive outbuildings. On the street side are the ruins of an older castle.

history

The original 19th century house had two floors and four towers. In the 1870s, one floor and three of the towers were demolished.
