Baltasar Silva , full name Héctor Baltasar Silva Cabrera , (born November 19, 1984 in Tacuarembó ) is a Uruguayan football player .

According to the club, 1.72 meters, according to other sources, 1.75 meters tall defensive player Silva was at the beginning of his career from 2004 to early January 2010 in the squad of the northern Uruguayan club Tacuarembó FC . In the 2009/10 season he ran there 13 times in the Primera División . He didn't score a goal. In early January 2010, he then moved within the league to River Plate Montevideo . There he played a total of 57 top division games in the 2009/10 to 2012/13 seasons without scoring personally (2009/10: 5 games; 2010/11: 14; 2011/12: 24; 2012/13: 14). In mid-January 2013, he then joined the Club Atlético Peñarol . In the rest of the season he contributed with eleven league appearances to win the Uruguayan championship and was used once in the Copa Libertadores (no goal). In the 2013/14 season, he played 15 top division games (no goal), three games of the Copa Libertadores (one goal) and two games (no goal) of the Copa Sudamericana 2013 . In the Apertura 2014 he was not used in the top Uruguayan league and in international competition. In mid-January 2015, he moved to the league competitor Club Atlético Cerro . There he completed twelve first division games in 2015 in the Clausura (no goal). During the Apertura of the 2015/16 season he was used six times (no goal) in the Primera División. He then moved to Juventud Unida in Argentina for the transition season beginning in January 2016 ( Torneo de Transición ) . For the Argentines, he completed five league games (no goal) in the Primera B Nacional . At the end of July 2016, the Uruguayan first division club Plaza Colonia signed him . There he played ten league games and one game in the Copa Sudamericana 2016 in the 2016 season . He didn't score a goal.
