Bami Goreng

Bami (or Bamie , Ba-Mie , Bakmi , Bakami etc.) is the Malay word for noodles that are not made from mung bean starch ( glass noodles ) or rice flour , but from wheat flour . They are the local variant of the Mie noodles that are widespread in Southeast Asia . A common Bami-based dish is Bami Goreng .
