Bancells
Antoni Pujadas Bancells (also Toni Bancells Pujadas ) (* 1949 in Barcelona ), in the comics only Bancells , was a Spanish Disney - comic book artist . He lives and works in Denmark .
Life
Bancells began his career at the side of Francisco Ibáñez in Mortadelo y Filemón . From 1977 to 2010 he drew Disney comics for the Danish publisher Egmont (German branch Egmont Ehapa Verlag ). Initially only Mickey Mouse , in the very typical style of Tello and Paul Murry , later from the 1990s he also devoted himself to the duck stories. In the last few years, Bancells was often featured in the Funny Paperback . His last comic was published in 2012. However, he had enjoyed little popularity, many criticized, among other things, his tendency to fight.
