Bandajou is a place on the island of Anjouan in the island state of Comoros in the Indian Ocean . In 1991 there were 1816 inhabitants.

Bandajou is located on the north coast of the western foothills of the island on the connecting road and near the Pointe de Bouékouni . The Bouékouni Valley is an important landmark and the closest localities are Sima (W) and Fombani (Afombany).
