Barbara Taufar
Barbara Taufar (* 1943 in Marburg an der Drau ) is a former Austrian journalist, diplomat and writer .
Barbara Taufar spent her childhood in Peggau and Vienna and attended grammar school in Langegasse and initially worked as a journalist and was press attaché in Tel Aviv and press council in Paris during the Kreisky era . In 1987 Barbara Taufar converted to Judaism . She lives as a freelance writer in Vienna and Tel Aviv.
