Barry Michael
Barry Michael (* 2. June 1955 in Watford , England Barry Michael Swettenham ) is a former Australian boxer in the super featherweight and left arm .

On April 23, 1976 he won the Australian championship belt against Andy Broome. In June 1985 he defeated Lester Ellis on points and thereby became world champion of the IBF association . He defended this title three times in a row, against Jin-Shik Choi , Mark Fernandez and Najib Daho . In 1987 he lost him to Rocky Lockridge by giving up in the 8th round and then ended his career.
