Bartłomiej Żynel (born August 9, 1998 in Białystok ) is a Polish football goalkeeper .

Career

Żynel began his career in his hometown at Jagiellonia Białystok . 2014 he moved to Austria in the Academy of FC Red Bull Salzburg . For the 2015/16 season, the Pole moved up to the squad of the farm team FC Liefering . In July 2015 he was in the squad for the first time in the second division .

He took part in the 2016/17 UEFA Youth League with the U-19s of the “Bulls” and even won the tournament with the team. In May 2017 Żynel made his debut in the second division when he was in the starting line-up against WSG Wattens on matchday 35 of the 2016/17 season .

In August 2017 he was in the FC Red Bull Salzburg squad for the first time.

For the 2018/19 season he moved back to Poland to Wisła Płock , where he received a contract that ran until June 2021. He made his Ekstraklasa debut in September 2018 on the tenth matchday of that season against Lechia Gdańsk . In the game that Plock won 1-0, Żynel did not concede.
