Bas Paauwe junior (born September 23, 1936 in Rotterdam ; † September 9, 2015 in Zwolle ) was a Dutch football coach and son of the football player and coach of the same name, Bas Paauwe .

In 1973 Pauuwe was assistant coach at the Dutch second division club PEC Zwolle under Laszlo Zalai . In January 1973 it was decided that Paauwe would be head coach at the beginning of the new season. But that did not happen because in April 1973 Zalai and Paauwe were released.

At his first own coaching station, VV Hoogeveen , he became the Sunday amateur champion in 1978. From 1980 to February 1982 Pauuwe trained the WHC Wezep . In the summer of 1982 Bas Paauwe became a trainer at PEC Zwolle, which now plays in the Dutch honor division . After four defeats, Paauwe voluntarily gave up skills such as line-up and tactical discussions to assistant trainer Rinus Israël in September 1982 . Paauwe concentrated on training and officially remained the head coach as Israël did not have the necessary license. At the end of October he finally ended his engagement as a trainer at PEC because it could not be combined with his main job as a civil servant at the city of Zwolle.
