Basaltandesite (also basaltic andesite ) is a volcanic rock from the andesite family .

composition

In the black base there are visible crystals of plagioclase , olivine and augite . In the TAS diagram , it is located in field O1, and with a proportion of 52 to 57 wt% SiO 2 belongs to the intermediate rocks .
